Hierarchical Multi-Objective Optimization of Automobile Seat Frame Based on Grey Fuzzy Logic System

چکیده

In development of the automobile industry, lightweight and safety performance are contradictory, yet they great significance.The optimization process auto parts is a high-dimensional problem which has variety regulations limits tests at same time. order to address this issue, hierarchical multi-objective passenger car seat frame carried out in research. Different from previous researches, paper, all listed as objects given different optimized attributes. Meanwhile, achieve goal effectively reducing sample sizes design experiments, proposed, divided into three stages. each stage, components with attributes introduced various then conducting experiments. On other hand, through adopting grey fuzzy logic system assign appropriate grade, simplified errors caused by manual selection or unified levels avoided. The proposed method considered be an universal approach solve parts. Design parameters before after compared, it illustrated that total mass material cost reduced 2.3kg (28.5%) ¥ 13.8 (32.4%) respectively. Moreover, comparisons verify validity paper. conclusion, quite promising less points associated, effective mean problems component.
